As promised, Part 2 of our EXCLUSIVE AMA with Gamefi has arrived! *clap clap*

During this segment, we will be answering questions handpicked from Twitter by our very own administrators regarding World of Cryptia. And just like my spoiler last time, there will be NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN, BRAND NEW designs given to us by our very own game developers from Gianty Inc., Japan.

We are too excited to keep you waiting any longer. Let’s hit it!

PART 2: QUESTIONS FROM TWITTER

Q1: Since the Cryptia project is based on creating and upgrading NFT heroes, players will want to sell them once the heroes reach the higher tiers. So, can you tell us about the heroes and their usage in the game, which I think will be the most important part of the game @Coin_Travolta

Excellent question — not many AMAs I’ve been to ask about our characters.

So our characters are divided by: Race and Class. Class basically means Occupation, so basically members of a race varies in class.

About our hero’s race, we’ve got 3:

1. Human: the most populous
2.
Elves: tall, the most long-living, also the rarest hero type of all because they tend to hide within the forest.
3.
Dwarves: short and cute, but holds tremendous craftsmanship and sorcery

A Human Witch
A human thief

And we have 5 classes:

  1. Swordsman: main attacker, team leader
  2. Knight: main defender
  3. Thief: trap & treasure finder
  4. Wizard: puzzle solver
  5. Archer: shortcut locater
  6. Priest: healer
A dwarf knight
An elf swordsman

The thing about our ruins is that, they do not have a common blueprint: some is smooth-sailing, some is guarded by vicious monsters, some has tons of traps, some has treasures that cannot be found unless inscriptions are decoded.

Some are even the combination of all of these factors

And since for each exploration, players can only pick 4 adventurers, it is important that they be absolutely mindful strategy-wise. You do NOT want to step into a monstrous dungeon with only puzzle-solvers and adventure guides.

Another hint I would like to give out is: nothing about these character design is random. Their outfits, their hair and eye colors, etc. — everything holds a special meaning, which you will find out after our game has been released!

Q2: Did you consider community feedback/requests during the creation of your product in order to expand on fresh ideas for your project? Many projects fail because the target audience and clients are not understood. So I’d like to know who your ideal consumer is for your product? @cryptoazuu

As I’ve mentioned earlier, from the get-go, we have been building advisory groups, consisting of not only our authorized advisors, but also our partners, investors, and initial fanbase. Enter any of these groups and you will see active discussions where constructive feedbacks are received and optimized at every new stage of development

As the game is officially released to the public, we will frequently hold voting sessions, where we learn what our users like/don’t like about our game. Additionally, there will be small contests, where aspiring game designers/developers or artists showcase to us what a “perfect World of Cryptia” to them. The best proposals will be commemorated with hefty prizes and credited.

Regarding our audience, we are setting on anyone is within the “PG-13” age range.

Q3: I read your website deeply and I found that your project has 2 types of Token: $CRYPT Token and $TIA Token. What is your reason for creating 2 types of Token? What is the difference between each token? And Can you explain to us about the role these token play in your ecosystem? @feby1105

Thank you for putting so much time and effort in researching about us! We hope you are satisfied with everything you’ve known so far

Just like any other blockchain game, in order to prevent token inflation, we have created two types of tokens: the CRYPT token (primary, limited quantity) & the TIA token (secondary, unlimited quantity)

Unlike the CRYPT, which, as mentioned earlier, are purchased via our chosen blockchain platforms, the TIA tokens are obtained as prizes after an adventure well done.

They can be used to train (upgrade) adventurers at our dojo, change the class (occupation) of a hero, upgrade guild-owned ruins, and create a successor, or basically a copy-and-paste version of your current hero

Q4: Currently, a lot of games attract users on the premise of making money. It usually lacks gameplay and storytelling. What kind of gaming experience will #Cryptia bring to us? How can we apply for the game testing? What is the usecase of the token in your gaming ecosystem?@LukasDuong1

Being hardcore gamers ourselves (DOTA 2 enthusiast, anyone???), our project puts a lot of emphasis on building World of Cryptia as a game that those who don’t care about Play2Earn can simply Play2Enjoy.

Here are a few features that support this core value of ours:

  • World-class art and design, from the hands that have brought to you あやかし百鬼夜行 and Goken
  • Thrilling team ruin exploration, supported by the Rogue-like system that gives you a new challenge every time another ends, no matter how many times you repeat a level.
  • Community-building activities, including Guild Wars & Dungeon Management.

Excited for our game testing? So are we! But please hold on a little longer, because our Japanese developers will not let the game out to the public if it’s not “perfect” yet.

Q5: How do you plan to promote about your project in different countries? where English is not spoken very well. Do you have a local community so they can understand your project? @niloy9489

Currently our media interfaces only support 3 languages: Vietnamese, Japanese, and English

However, thanks to AMAs like these ones, we have come to contact with many Crypto/gaming communities from around the world whose members were deeply impressed by the work we have put out — the most recent ones are Korea & Egypt!

With them, we managed to build groups, mostly on Telegram, where moderators help us with translations of our contents

As the game grows, hopefully, we will be able to provide users with more language options for in-game and social activities

Come play our game, join our community, and vote for your language to be included in our next language updates 😉

Thank you for reading till the end — that was a LOT to take in in one go.
